Scope
Preliminary
design, final design, and construction administration services for a 42
acre, 11 lot very upscale residential subdivision on Lake Hartwell.
Design services included subdivision layout, roadway design
(approximately 1,800 feet), stormwater control, and coordination of
utility installation. Development was designed to conform to County Land
Use and Subdivision Regulations, Sediment Control and Stormwater
Management Ordinance, and the Minimum Standards for Roads and Streets.
Coordination with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers was also required.
Design South’s services included complete lot and roadway stake-out.
