Scope
Preliminary design, final design, and construction services for a very upscale 40 acre, 63 lot residential subdivision in the City of Anderson.  Design services included subdivision layout, roadway design with curb and gutter (approximately 4,800 feet), complete lot, roadway, and sewer system layout, sanitary sewer system design, stormwater system design, and coordination of utility installation.  Development was designed to conform to City of Anderson Subdivision Regulations, and included a landscaped bermed buffer to provide seclusion and privacy from a main collector street.  The design included a looped roadway within the development to encourage walking and jogging within the neighborhood.
