Scope
Preliminary design, final design, and construction services for a 43 acre, 44 lot residential subdivision in Anderson County.  Design services included subdivision layout, roadway design (approximately 4,400 feet), water system design with fire protection, stormwater control, and coordination of utility installation.  Development was designed to conform to County Land Use and Subdivision Regulations, Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Ordinance, and the Minimum Standards for Roads and Streets.  The project included complete lot and roadway stake-out.
