Concord Elementary School

Scope
Alterations to approximately 33,770 square feet of classrooms, kitchen and cafeteria, lobby, various office spaces, toilet facilities and library spaces were necessary.  In order to create a new main entry for the school, an existing loading area was converted.  All existing electrical, mechanical and roofing systems were replaced.  

New construction additions included approximately 36,620 square feet of new classrooms, storage rooms, toilet facilities, a library, a work room, a multi-purpose room and stage area.  Approximately 3,120 square feet of covered walkways and canopies were added as well as 4,300 square feet of Kindergarten play yard.
