Scope
Phase II of the City of Anderson City Hall improvements furthers the campus rehabilitation began in Phase I New Detention Center by completing its 6,500 square foot ground floor which includes the new City Council Chambers, a Municipal Courtroom, Conference Rooms and support areas.  Phase II additions include the construction of  a two story steel framed structure, approximately 10,700 square feet, adjacent to the existing Anderson City Hall and New Detention Center.  This new wing includes offices for City administration (City Manager/Staff suite and Mayor/Council suite) with reception and waiting areas, offices for City finance and personnel and support areas.
