Scope
Completing the campus rehabilitation at Textube Corporation was a complete renovation of their approximately 7,250 square foot existing Main Administrative Office Building and break area.  The goal of these renovations was to match the new Technical Center’s interior and reestablish the original office building as the Main Administrative hub of the campus.  The renovated office building will serve as the main office for Textube Corporation, Greer, SC.  Associated site work, grading, utility connections, sidewalks, retaining walls and steps as well as other supporting site improvements were made in order to connect with and match new construction located throughout the campus.
