Scope
The new office building of approximately 17,360 square feet includes office space, boardroom, video/conference area, fitness center, elevator, fire-rated storage rooms, and kitchen/break area.  Site clearing, grading, paving and other site improvements were conducted on the buildings 4.2 acres.  The building is located at the corner of US Highway 15 and State Road 130 in Walterboro, South Carolina.
